How To Request Deletion

Log in to Howzit Harte and use Chat with Admin to request account deletion. This lets support confirm that the request comes from the account holder.

If you cannot log in, use the Contact page and include the email address used for your Howzit Harte account. Support may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before deleting the profile.

What Is Deleted

When an account deletion request is approved, Howzit Harte removes or anonymises the member profile, discovery visibility, profile photo references, profile answers, match visibility, and ordinary account information linked to that user.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment records, legal compliance, abuse investigations, or platform security.

Memberships

Deleting a Howzit Harte account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an outside payment provider. Android app subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play. Website payment subscriptions must be cancelled through the payment provider or admin support route shown at checkout.
